The North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Health Service Regulation, Radiation Protection Section manages the licensing, registration, and regulations of portable x-ray equipment in the state.
The state of North Carolina does not license the operators of x-ray equipment, nor does it have any requirements relative to the licensure or credentialing of x-ray machine operators. However, you can submit credentials here.
